In your dashboard, go to Settings → Plan and click "Cancel subscription". Give a brief reason — our team reviews the request within 24 hours and gets back to you. Until then, your shop stays active as is.
Shop owners find the "Delete account & all data" link under Settings → Password, customers under My Profile. After giving a reason, we review the request within 24 hours — only after our team confirms it are the shop, orders and files permanently deleted.
